Your Satisfaction / Returns Policy 

All our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials. If, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase we do offer refunds on any goods ordered online, with the exception of pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Goods need to be returned unused, in original packaging with any tags still attached, within 14 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase. Please contact us via ebay to inform us of return. Only the cost of the goods will be refunded, not the delivery charge. We are also happy to exchange goods however the customer is liable for the extra delivery costs.

Care & Warranty 

All our jewellery comes with a life time warranty. With proper care you are assured a life time of enjoyment. It should never come into contact with chemicals. It should be treated with care, and periodically cleaned to maintain its fine appearance. Do not use any commercial jewellery solutions or cleaners on electro plated and man made products as it may damage them. To clean, simply use a damp, soft cloth to remove dirt smudges. Care for your jewellery as you would fine china crystal. To clean non plated sterling silver and solid gold jewellery, use jeweller recommended cleaning products only.

Be careful not to scratch the surface, to maintain the beautiful appearance of your jewellery. Our jewellery rarely discolours when cared for properly. If this happens, it may be due to the Ph factor of a few people’s bodies. This is when the acid in there bodies reacts chemically with the metal. This is not a quality problem and seldom happens. Many times these same people can wear Rhodium plated jewellery with less or no problems at all.

Please follow these simple tips on how to care for your jewellery. However should you have a problem with any of our items of jewellery, then please lets us know, return the said items to us, and we will endeavour to repair or replace the item, which ever is deemed appropriate by ourselves.
