status quo collectors LP set

this is for a STATUS QUO COLLECTORS TIN

while most bands dream of having a platinum or gold album, STATUS QUO would just be happy to go tin.

the heroes of denim-clad millions have a special edition of their latest album FROM THE MAKERS OFF...which is being sold in a thin steel cover.

unfortunately for the makers,though not for QUO'S accountant,tey ran out of tin because of the huge demand.

the Metal Box company have managed to mine a further amount of tin but only for a few hundred more.

1. 1st pic :- this is the actual lid of the set as u can see there is a few scratches on it so needs abit of TLC

2. 2nd pic :- the inside of the lid the blue piece u can see is the track listings unfortunately couldnt get a clear enough pic.this is a limited edition and there was 50,000 of these made and this is number 2304 for the whole world

this set was made in dec.82

it is a collection of the very best of status quo on 2LP's with a classic collection of live tracks on a 3rd LP

all in this tin

3.3rd pic the 3 LPS in origional sleeves the records themselves are in mint condition as far as i can see and same for the sleeves

4. 4th pic :- is the inlays that come with this set there is 5 in total printed on both sides with track listings and info about status quo and various pics also some newspaper clippings

5. 5th pic :- is actual newspaper clippings the small one i have written at the top of this,the other 2 are the farewell tour dates taken from the news of the world FEB.19TH 1984.the other is just a clipping about the farewell tour and ticket prices through the MIRROR paper.they are in excellent condition.

this is a nice collectors piece for any STATUS QUO FAN

because of ebays new postage rules ive tried to be fair in the starting price bearing in mind this item is fairly heavy due to it beeing in a tin plus the packaging etc. so im starting it at £9.99 all in.
