FOR THE INSURED DELIVERY OPTION ONLY

All packages must be counted at the time of delivery. Any damages/ discrepancies must be noted on the delivery sheet and reported to us within 48 hours.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods on receipt. The carrier will not be liable if goods are signed for without written comment such as “damaged” or “not complete”. If they are signed for as “in good condition”, “not inspected” or “unchecked”, we will not be liable to provide a refund, repair or a replacement free of charge, but we endeavour to do so whenever possible.

Due to people damaging items there self’s down to not liking the colour or a colour not matching there existing furniture Damaged items will not be refunded, a replacement and in the same colour as the original item will be sent out ASAP.

We don’t guarantee the shades of colours to match your existing furniture so it is up to the customer to familiarise there self with the shades we use.
