If you wish to return an item that is not required or not what you’re looking for then there will be a 15% handling charge

 

Postage Insurance

 

If you wish to insure your item against loss please add £2.00 for insurance. Using this service will guarantee your item against loss and your item will be sent via a recorded courier where a signature MUST be obtained before the goods are left. If you choose not to take out postage insurance items may be left with neighbours / in a garage etc. at the courier’s discretion, you are therefore agreeing that we will not be held responsible for the loss of the item via the courier / postal service releasing us from any obligation to refund money paid.

 

Returns

 

If an item is faulty and you would like to return it then please email me the problem with the product, your address, contact number, and a collection address which must be available between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm any weekday, we cannot pin point the exact time the courier will collect but we do our best to be as quick as possible,

Please make sure you package the item to be collected securely.
