Sexy black PVC mini with padlock detail

This pvc mini is a hipster style.  It is cut straight with a short back zip and has three red bands across the front each decorated with a silver ring and padlock.

The skirt is labelled a size 12 and measures 36 inches around the waistband (bearing in mind that this will fit around the hips as the skirt is worn low)  skirt length is 11 inches.
