congratulations ruby wedding banner and 10 ruby red balloons, the wording on the balloon says - happy ruby wedding, airfill, made of natural rubber latex. the banner is approx 2.6m long and can be used as one complete length or separated along perforations to provide approximately 3 x 68cm design sections.
