This is a standard to seater sofa.  There is a protective covering by the feet.  As you can see there is minimal sagging; if any.  This is a beautiful sofa.  If you want a brand new sofa go the shops and pay the prices!  This sofa was bought a year ago from another ebay member who had it stored in his cellar - like a twit I paid £190!  In m home, it has been placed in the sitting room - but there is only two of us and we also have a huge ikea sofa - so this little one has had very little sofa has little use.  I am now selling both and have bought a corner suite form ebay instead!  No timewasters please.
