~I can't thank Simply reborn enough for giving me the opportunity to reborn this beautiful prototype kit in celebration of the end of my scholarship with Simply reborn online lessons. I have thoroughly enjoyed reborning this little girl, her features are just so delicate~

~Lily is a beautifully proportioned realistic baby girl just 1 week old. She has the most exquisite light brown fine hair and the most realistic newborn colouring. I have really gone for an ultra newborn look with extremely detailed skin colouring. She feels just like a real baby, you will just want to pick her up and cuddle her! Lily was a complete joy to reborn and I have really fallen in love with this sculpt.~

~Her hair has been micro rooted with top quality light brown mohair only rooting 1-2 strands at a time~ ~Exquisitely detailed 3/4 vinyl arms and legs~ ~All her limbs have been filled using the finest glass beads~ ~No sand has been used~ ~Micro rooted eyelashes to match her hair~ ~Colouring is hand painted using Genesis heat set paints~ ~Very realistic newborn skin tones~ ~Beautiful top designer wardrobe by Baby Beau and belle, and Baby Dior...~ ~Superior custom body filled with babyfat~ ~I have added a little moisture to her lips~

 

 

 

 

 

~I spent many hours trying to perfect Lily's newborn colouring by giving her undertones to add depth to her skin including tiny veins, capillaries, little birth marks and mottling. By using Genesis heat set paints (which will never fade or wear off) it has enabled me to create very lifelike skin tones. Lily has a beautiful soft textured finish which feels like a tiny newborn. Her little lips have many different tones to make them look soft and realistic like a newborn's would. Above her eyes she has tiny little capillaries and subtle colouring.~

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

~I have used the softest, light brown hair when micro rooting little Lily's head. I made sure that the colour of her hair really compliments her facial colouring. Her hair has been sealed with waterproof sealent under the vinyl so it can be easily moistened and styled to your preference! The rooting process took many days for me to achieve, but I feel that the end result has been worth it. ~

~Lily's little head has been backed with dark brown felt to add depth to her face and has also been weighted with tiny glass beads and polyfill. Her head feels just like a newborn's, and will need supporting in your arms. Her limbs have also been filled with the tiniest glass beads to add a realistic newborn weight. I have filled her superior custom body with babyfat, this has really given her the ultimate newborn feel. Once you pick this little one up, she really does feel like a tiny newborn sleeping in your arms - You will find it so hard to put her down!~

Lily's 10 tiny fingers and toes have had their nails delicately painted and tipped in soft white, these have been sealed to prevent chipping. I have also given her delicate half moons on all her nails...this really has made her come alive! Lily also has a magnet placed behind her lips which allows you to take her magnetic dummy on and off when you wish.

Little Lily is waiting for somebody to take her home!
