 All returns  must be sent back within 7 days of purchase, in its original state, and I will happily refund you. the buyer pays for all post and packing If, in the unlikely event, your item is faulty then I offer a full refund or replacement. shipping Goods will be dispatched upon payment of cleared funds.  Orders are dispatched very promptly, usually the next working day after they are received, but please allow 1-5 working days for delivery.

 Orders over 1.5 kg will be sent by 48 hour courier service. This service requires a signature on delivery so that we are covered by their insurance. The courier will not leave the item if you leave a note.  Orders under 1.5 Kg will be sent by Royal Mail which is a 1-5 day service. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching the item we will notify you by email.
