Item must be returned within: 7 Days of receipt
Return policy details: Returns are simple, but are subject to certain conditions:
1. The buyer contacts us to discuss the situation prior to returning the product.
2. The buyer shall be liable for the cost incurred in returning Products to us. We shall not accept any Product returned if such costs have not been paid in full.
3. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unused and undamaged.
4. Damaged goods cannot be accepted without evidence of it being delivered in a damaged condition.
5. Goods must be returned within 7 working days.
Subject to the above conditions Rust Stop Shop will refund the full cost of the item.
6. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.
All requests will be processed after we have inspected and verified the condition of the Products. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item. |
