The Peugeot Fidji mills have a beechwood body combined with stainless steel. The Fidji pepper mills come in an assortment of sizes and colors, this version is a mid-sized 6" tall and has a black matte finish. Also comes with salt mill

The Peugeot pepper mechanism has a double helix shaped row of teeth to guide and hold the peppercorns for the perfect grind. The pepper mechanism has a patented treatment to protect the steel from corrosion and wear.

Peugeot has been making mills since 1840, and pepper mills since 1874. No one knows pepper mills like Peugeot. Each mill type (pepper, salt, spice) has a specialized grinder mechanism best suited to the job.
