Q. What does grade A, B, C means?

A. Grade A - These units are either 14-Day retail returns or Fully Refurbished Units. They are Grade A Handsets, showing no significant cosmetic damage. These units will look "as new".

Grade B - These units are Used handsets and will show signs of average wear & tear. They are not very heavily scratched or marked and will not be damaged or broken. They are not "as new" but of a high standard for second user handsets. They are fully checked and tested and have the same warranty as the Grade A handsets.

Grade C - These units are Used handsets and will show more signs of more severe use, deeper scratches and chipped paintwork. They will not be damaged or broken and will still be fully tested and checked. They are fully checked and tested and have the same warranty as the Grade A handsets.
