Your free allowance can be used for text messages only; all picture messages are charged at the standard rate.
Unlimited texts are subject to an excessive usage policy.

Free allowance is based on the amount that you top-up in the previous month.
Inclusive minutes can be used to any UK standard landlines (starting 01, 02 or 03) and O2 mobiles at anytime. Excludes calls starting 05, 08, 07744 or 07755, voicemail, video calls and premium rate numbers. Applies to use in the UK only.
Unlimited minutes are subject to an excessive usage policy.

Delivery
All Items are posted via Royal Mail. Orders received by 5pm are posted Sameday for Delivery.
Item delivery can take from 1-3 days. We have no control over Royal Mail although 90% of all deliveries will be received within 1 day
Refunds, Returns and Faulty Items
If you are not happy with the item you purchased we will refund you the price you paid minus postage costs.
If you receive a faulty item we will replace the item on receiving the item back.
