Postage Packaging & Handling |
Signed for, Trackable, Insured Delivery is REQUIRED - whether the buyer resides in UK, Europe or Rest of the World - the cost of which is already included in the pp&h charges listed for you. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Postage, Packaging & Handling charges encompass more than the face value of a stamp placed on your package. Item price + PP&H = total cost when purchasing anything online - so if you are not 100% happy with the rate we have quoted, then please do not buy - the time to consider this - is before you bid, not after you purchase !!
We are happy to package items together to reduce your total postage costs - destination & combined weight permitting of course. All our items vary considerably in weight & size but as a very rough guide for UK buyers, we will take the greatest charge in full, and then aim to half the listed charges for subsequent items. All purchases must be paid for in one transaction to benefit from our generous postage discounts. Once you have completed your purchases, request a combined invoice.

Items are sent via Royal Mail, therefore everyone with a UK address will pay the same PP&H rate (this of course includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands) British Forces abroad (i.e. BFPO addresses) also only pay listed UK pp&h
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS should note that the fixed charge of GBP £3.80 (which is already included in your PP&H) is for Royal Mail Trackable, Signed for International Delivery.
It is PER PARCEL not per item inside - so request a combined invoice from us, as eBay's system is unable to work that one out for you.
PAYPAL in GBP £ sterling, is the ONLY METHOD of PAYMENT acceptable from NON UK Buyers.
International Buyers assume responsibility for all import duties/taxes & accept that there can be custom delays which are totally beyond our control

General Information & Auction Policy |
Before entering into a contract to purchase it is a customer’s responsibility to ensure they read the listing detail & agree with the terms of sale. Customers should also satisfy themselves that their item of choice is suitable for their intended purpose & they really want it, as we don’t offer a ‘Home Trial or Approval’ service given the nature of the products which we sell.
We do not 'cancel' purchases under any circumstances and will automatically commence the eBay UPI process if payment is not received within 7 days. If there is some problem - please ensure that you communicate with us as we are human too, not a huge heartless corporation.
We only list current stock which awaits dispatch to the relevant buyer, upon clearance of payment.
All items come from a smoke & pet free environment in the case of all our beauty products, they are stored strictly in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions which is imperative to prevent product deterioration or spoiling.
Please contact us via eBay messaging or ask seller a question - direct emails are often treated as spam & just deleted by our firewalls.
Please leave 7 working days from your advised date of dispatch, before contacting us to report non-delivery.
We have open & fair policies, published for your consideration before you make any purchase from us in order that there can be no misunderstandings. We take this part-time business venture very seriously & will always try our utmost to assist you where possible but we aren’t a large corporation with their attendant staffing levels come what may - so our response is unlikely to be instantaneous by return email !! We do have family commitments, we are humans not machines & dare we say that we also try to have a life outside eBay.

Accepted Methods of Payment |
Winners receive an 'End of Auction' email from eBay. Simply click on the payment link & follow eBay instructions - even if you wish to make payment by post as eBay will automatically provide you with all the details you need & even advise us that you will be sending your payment that way.
PAYPAL - in GBP £ Sterling (remember this is the ONLY method of payment acceptable from NON UK buyers) 
· If you pay using Paypal then we only post to the address provided by Paypal.
· Should Paypal notify us that your account is not yet verified or your address is an *unconfirmed address then dispatch may be delayed until we perform our own security checks to ensure the payment is from a valid source.
· We reserve the right to refuse to send items to *unconfirmed addresses, especially PO Boxes outside the UK
· We don't insult customers by refusing to accept PAYPAL E/CHEQUES if that is their payment of choice, however NOTE that they will TAKE 10-14 days to clear PayPal's banking system - obviously items are not dispatched until payment has been sent to our account.
UK Postal Orders (crossed postal orders require bank lodgement & clearance - uncrossed postal orders will ensure immediate dispatch)
Banker's Draft payable in GBP – which can be issued (often free of charge) by any UK Bank or Building Society (sometimes referred to as a Cashier's Cheque)

How we Process & Dispatch Goods |
Once payment is cleared & your item has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive an email from us, via eBay messaging which will confirm the date of dispatch & your unique Royal Mail tracking reference. Please retain this notification until your package arrives safely, as it provides you with comprehensive advice on what to do & when to do it, should there be any problems or queries after dispatch. Please wait at least 7 working days before contacting us to report non-receipt - however you should always use your tracking information to ensure that a delivery has not already been attempted because Royal Mail only hold items for 7 days before RTS procedure is commenced.
