Please contact us at bctmotorcycles@hotmail.co.uk BEFORE returning goods. we will issue you with a returns number, please include your receipt with the goods.
We will not accept any goods returned with postage to pay unless faulty.

Any shortages/missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

All goods supplied that match the invoice are deemed to be supplied correct and are subject to our returns policy. I.E you are responsible for return carriage.

Restocking Fee of 30% will apply to goods supplied correctly that are returned.
It is your responsibility to retain possession of the goods and to take reasonable care of them. In cases where the seven day rule does apply you will be required to pay the return shipping on the item and we will refund the rest of your payment within 30 days.
