Our returns policy is;
Any item that was ordered incorrectly by the purchaser, we will exchange for a different item, so long as the origional is returned in origional saleable condition.
If returned for a refund, We will refund due to buyer error then the cost of the item less postage and 10%. This is to go towards admin and e bay cost of the origional sale.
Any return must be communicated by an message to explain why and clearly what is required, Along with cost of re-sending the replacement.
All other returns (e.g. where wrong item sent or damaged) will be treated in line with statutory rights, plus We will do all that is reasonable to put our mistakes right and provide a satisfactory service. SSdirect |
