you are looking at a quality strong yet soft black nylon harness not like some of the rubbish sold on ebay that has rubbish fitting that snap when your dog starts to pull with poor workmanship these are the best and fully adjustable
this is the medium size will fit a maximum size 22" chest dog but will adjust down to 14"
(when we say chest we mean measure round the dogs rib cage)
soft and comfortable you will not find a better harness for the money on ebay
