Great for strength training and toning.  All DVDs give great sessions from beginners to advanced to time saving techniques.  Also a wall chart for a 10 minute per day workout.  Easily stored as it folds down to store under bed.  As new condition with excercise mat.  Hardly used as not enough time in my busy life.  This is a great system for anyone wanting to shape up your life with ease.  Paid £200 for it with Guthy Renker - see their website for other details on the machine.

Will accept cash payment in person.  Better for buyer to collect due to weight but can send by courier if required.  Will put into bubble wrap and send.
