I have for auction a job lot of approx 62 items of womens clothing, they range from a size 8-16, all in good used condition, all are my own clothes which i am selling due to gradual weight loss, they are all originally shop bought, names include, topshop, new look, next, primark, playboy and include a leather jacket, leather trousers and a brand new pair of lambretta trousers. These would make a great lot for resale at car boot, market stall or even on ebay if you have the time.

No refunds given unless item listing is considerably not as described, Refunds will only be given on return of item returned in exactly the same condition as it was sent. Refunds not given if items do not fit etc. Return postage cost will not be refunded.

Please only bid if you are willing to pay for the item as once a bid has been made you will be obliged to pay, non payment will result in report being made to ebay and negative feedback being left (this is due to too many non paying bidders).

Payment must be made within 3 days after listing ends or an ebay strike will be made and item relisted (if you need longer to pay contact me before bidding and arrangements can be made).

If outside the UK please e-mail me for postage cost before placing a bid as the one shown is for UK inland only. If you have not contacted me before bidding and you win the auction you will be invoiced for airmail cost as this is the quickest and safest way to ship.

People with ' 0 ' feedback please contact me before making a bid as I have had too many non paying ' 0 ' feedback ebayers. Everyone has to start somewhere but please e-mail me first.

If an item is not collected or signed for if it has not been accepted and is returned to me, buyer will have to pay postage costs again if item is to be resent.

I cannot be held responsible for customs charges that may be incurred to receive item outside of UK if there are any.

I cannot be held responsible for damaged goods in the post but rest assured all items will be packed very well so if you require insurance please let me know as soon as the auction ends before I invoice you, any goods that are damaged in the post are only covered upto £30 and if the buyer requests the proof of postage from me i can send it to you for you to make a claim as the receiver of the goods must make the claim not myself as the buyer would be the one with the damaged goods in thier possession. I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post but I can send in a claim form to the post office as I keep receipts for all items as proof of postage. This will only cover upto a small amount so any insurance must be requested if item is worth more than £30.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN ITEM I HAVE SENT I WILL SEND YOU A COPY OF THE RECEIPT FOR YOU TO MAKE A CLAIM, I WILL NO LONGER DEAL WITH LOST ITEMS FROM THIS SIDE AS TOO MANY PEOPLE NOW CLAIMING LOST ITEMS, IF YOU WANT TO BE ASSURED ITEM IS DELIVERED THEN PLEASE REQUEST FOR RECORDED DELIVERY AND I WILL ADVISE OF EXTRA COST WHEN INVOICING.

I will leave feedback once I know the item has been received and feedback has been left for me, IF ANY PROBLEMS PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE LEAVING NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK AND I WILL SORT OUT ANY PROBLEMS THE BEST I CAN.

ITEMS WILL BE POSTED ON THE NEAREST TUESDAY AFTER PAYMENT (If payment is recieved by 1pm monday) OR FRIDAY (if payment made after monday evening) DUE TO OTHER COMMITMENTS. IF I CAN POST EARLIER I WILL LET THE WINNING BIDDER KNOW.

Please be aware that postage cost covers posting of item and bubble wrap, bag, envelopes etc (these do cost money to buy) although i keep costs as low as possible.

An unpaid item strike will now be made as soon as the 7 days is up after listing end if payment has not been received and i have not received any contact from winning bidder.

If payment is not being made through paypal (either cheque or postal order) please let me know this as soon as you have won item.
