this is a Little Tykes Garden Playhouse.... this was my daughters but due to us moving we are having to sell it..... My little girl has spent many happy hours in the sun and snow with this playhouse with her friends and dolly's so I am sure it can bring happiness too another child.... As with all little tykes plastic toys the sun has caused slight fading in the colours... the roof has been removed for transportation reasons only and the bolts to refit are securely in the holes... it has been washed down but due to weather it may need another scrub..... the only fault with this house is that the table leg is missing but we got around this by improvising and using a peice of wood or resting the table on a box.... other than that this house is a perfect buy and would be a great xmas pressie This is rather large so you may need a small van to collect (we have a mondeo ST220 and we couldnt fit it in).... thank you for looking and happy bidding Good Luck xx
