Collections:
Due to public liability insurance restrictions, collections are not possible. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tracking Your Delivery:
Once your item has been booked in for delivery, you will be sent an email via Parcel Force containing your consignment tracking number. This will enable you to track your delivery on the Parcel Force website at www.ParcelForce.com

IMPORTANT: If nobody is in to sign for the item, Parcel Force may attempt to deliver the item to a neighbour and a calling card with details of this will be posted through your door. Alternatively Parcel Force will attempt delivery the next working day. If nobody is in to sign for the item on the second visit Parcel Force will hold the item at their depot for the next couple of days where you then have 2 days to arrange your own collection before the item is returned to us. All returned items will incur an additional shipping charge in order to be redelivered.

 

Which Zone Am I? BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE + All Channel Island Postcodes. If your postcode is shown above, it is a zone 2 postcode. Please ensure you pay the correct postage for zone 2 else your item will not be dispatched. If your destination is on the map but your postcode is not shown above then you are in a zone 1 postcode.
