The bike was built with a 08 250 chassis which had done 15 hours from new.

neil williams did the frame conversion.

The engine is a 92 factory kawasaki 500.

This bike has cost a fortune to build.

The engine has been stripped for inspection.

Its had the following done.

new piston

crank seals

clutch cover

power valves have all been stripped and cleaned

suspension and steering head bearings have been stripped,cleaned an greased.

Its has new plastics and graphics.

seat cover.

chain and sprockets.

clutch and throttle cables.

gear lever.

kick start.

full hgs exhaust.

grips.

air filter.

Its also fitted with scar footpegs and renthal fat bars

It has only been used for 20 mins,since i built it.
