Return policy
Item may be returned if not satisfied within 14 days after the date of recieving the hard drive. A valid reason(s) must be given (ie. DOA). Buyer will pay any and all return shipping fees. Hard Drives must be received back with any and all documentation. Serial numbers will be cross-referenced to ensure quality control. Any item that is received without approval by us, may receive a partial refund with a 20% restocking fee subtracted, and ONLY if item is returned for a justifiable reason.
