Screen from a iMac 17 inch iSight, core duo 1
This is a screen removed from an Apple 17" isight model iMac. It is in perfect condition, no dead pixels. The model number is LG.Phillips LCD LM171W02. This screen is from a Core Duo 1 model, not a Core Duo 2 (the LCD model is the same but a different revision that uses a different inverter which is not interchangeable with the newer model). I bought this screen on eBay about a week ago, took it to my Mac specialist who told me that it was the wrong screen for my office iMac (I run a publishing company with eight Macs in use). My Mac specialist said the screen looked fine. So now I'm offering the screen on eBay while also watching an auction for the right screen. A new screen for this model Mac, fitted with VAT, is £339 and the Mac is only worth £425 book price. So here is the screen I bought up for grabs with no reserve while I still seek out another secondhand screen. Please do ask me any questions.
