Summary of My Selling Policies

Payment

PayPal is our preferred payment method. we also accept postal orders (uncrossed, credit cards over the phone and Personal Cheque. Goods will only be dispatched with cleared funds, so please allow time for this if you are paying by cheque. All items must be paid for with in 7days, contact from the buyer must be made with in 72 hours. Non payment is reported to eBay and will result in negative feed back. All post options are there to protect you the buyer. Once an item is sent by us (ALL items have a certificate of post when they are sent) the buyer is liable for it. If you require insured post then please take the option when purchasing.

Fees

The price you bid is the price you pay.

We don't agree with adding VAT on at the end, or charging you extra for Paypal fees.

FEES ARE APPLICABLE IF THIS ITEM IS EXPORTED this will be between the buyer and the relevant customs in your country although we will always state this is a gift on our paperwork.

Delivery

We will ship all items as soon as we can after cleared payment. Typically with in 24 hours however not all circumstances are the same. Generally we ship every weekday unless circumstances prevent us from doing so. If you would like to know if your item is dispatched then please email us, we will have a record with the certificate of post ~ or recorded delivery item although this will not track an item. If you wish to track an item in the post then please select SPECIAL DELIVERY where you will receive a tracking number, this will also insure your item against loss in the post. Items that are lost will need to be claimed by the purchaser, the post office will not pay for any item of jewellery unless it is sent by special delivery.

We are happy to exchange an item if it faulty. We hand check everything on dispatch and always pack everything well. If a ring has been requested in the wrong size again we will exchange for you but you will be charged for additional post. If you require a ring sizer please email us and we will email you one.

No returns for earrings. If you do require a return then all items must be returned in the original packaging and be unworn and not alltered by any jeweller. All returns must be made with in 7 days, and you must contact us first.

In the event of a refund it will be less any postage fees, eBay fees and PayPal fees. We are here to help if there is a problem so please email us.

Please make sure you return all packaging with your item and make sure that you obtain postage receipts as we are not liable for the item until it is received into our office.
