All seal must be intact if the items are to be return otherwise the item are considered unreturnable and we will not refund for the item the buyer will be responceable for return postage cost of item returned to them that are considered unreturnable under the distance selling regulations, Any software that has been install will make the item unreturnable. The goods must be in the same condition as they where derlivered to you with out being used as though you had picked them up from the local store and examinded them thier, before taking them home to be covered by the DSR otherwise they will be covered by are normal return policy 
All item to be return must have the original packing returned with them with out this the item is consider unreturnable.
All return postage cost will be paid by the buyer and are returned at the buyer risk.

AUCTION returns 7 days from receipt

If you wish to return your item for any reason after you have reciveded it them you may return it subject to the following condition
All return postage cost will be paid by the buyer and are returned at the buyer risk.
All item to be return must have the original packing returned with them with out this the item is consider unreturnable.
Postage Cost for sending the item to you will not be refundable only the auction price.
A handling fee will be charge upto 25% of the auction price if the item has been used to cover the lost cost value when we resell as used.

FAULTY items returns

Please contact us first otherwise faulty items can not be returned
If an item is found to be faulty you will need to send it back to us for checking.
If we find the item faulty we will replace or refund you the full price of the item including original postage cost.
If we find no fault with the item you will be responceable for return postage charge or we will do a refund less Cost
All return item must have the original packing returned with them.
Where items are found to be faulty we will refund postage cost upto first class recorded cost when we send a replacement if a replacement is not sent but a refund given then this cost will not be refunded.
