The default postage method is royal mail first class - this does not bear any insurance nor will you receive a tracking number - should you require insurance this is available during the checkout.
For peace of mind, we recommend strongly that you elect the recordeddelivery service. We are not responsible for non delivery ofuninsured goods, although we will work with you and royal mail to resolve all non deliveries. As per Royal Mail terms and conditions, we can only deem an item lost in themail after 16 days (Overseas 30 days). If you paid for recorded mail delivery,you will be requested to complete a non-receipt form prior to any replacement being sent.
We have an optional insurance at the checkout that you can add or subtract.This starts at £1.50. When this is selected then you are opting into our world-wide insurance policy that states we will resend the goods after 16 days of non delivery without having to wait for the full royal mails claims process to procure (can take 2 months!), prior to us resending a replacement - its the most hassle free option. Please DO NOT bid or purchase if you find our postage cost unreasonable, we set a base line amount to ensure we recover ALLour distribution costs, not just the cost of the stamp. We will file non paying bidders against all buyers who do not pay for their item.
ReturnsGenuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded (Subject to conditions), however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Subject to conditions, you are entitled to use our free return service described in the link below.
When returning stock please complete a Returns Authorisation Form Faulty Goods: If the item appears faulty within 28 days of receipt you will need to return it to us so that we can send a replacement. After this period you will need to contact the manufacturer for advice on return. On receipt of faulty goods in their original packaging we will issue a refund of the purchase price less the postage element of the invoice if a replacement is not required. Non-Defective Earphones cannot be returned once opened (for hygiene reasons) Unwanted Goods: Under the Distance selling act, within 10 days these can be returned for a full refund (less postage) for any reason.
