Barmouth’s location on the west coast of North Wales. Lying between a mountain range and the sea on the mouth of the river Mawddach is arguably one of the most beautiful locations in Wales. It rests just within the South West corner of Snowdonia National Park and is seeped in a history rich with connections to the shipping and slate industries.

The caravan is based on a private house set within 3 acres, alongside another caravan and a holiday apartment. Stabling and grazing available for your horse coming soon please enquire. The perfect place for sea kyaking, surfing etc.

The caravan is a 28ft x10ft Willerby, which sleeps 4/6, one double, one with twin beds and a double in the living area. It is well equipped with everything that you might need inc tv-dvd with free view, microwave, games, all kitchen equipment and bedding all you need is your towels. Outside the caravan is a large decked area with bbq, chairs and tables.

The house is on the promenade approx a mile from the towns amenities; a fairground, arcades, shops, pubs, restraunt's, sports centre, theatre and a beautiful harbour, were you can take a ferry to the picturesque village of fairbourne, if you like it wet and wild there are plenty of outdoor pursuit's for you to explore and much more.

We are approx 50m from the sea, the beach picture was taken directly outside the house. The beach is of European Blue Flag Standard, and is usually quite, however the further you go towards town the busier it becomes. We have local RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) and beach patrol for your families saftey, so you can sit back and relax. The beaches other attractions are; donkey rides, trampolines, bouncy castle etc.

The nearest amenities to the house; ice cream kiosk 50m, cafe and skate park 100m, pub/restraunt 200m. All approx.

There are also alot of attractions a short drive away; Harlech has a magnificent castle, and a public swimming pool, snowdonia national park, coed y brennin mountain bike centre, to name but a few.

Quite when you want it, or as busy as you like.
