All products are sent by Royal Mail or Courier. Unless we agree otherwise your first order will only be made to the address of the person who purchased the products.
6.3 You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/received.
7: Acceptance
You will inspect products within a reasonable time after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us in accordance with paragraph 8 below that you want to cancel your order or you notify us in accordance with paragraph 9 below that the products are faulty. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
8: Right to Cancel ( Business to Consumer only)
8.1 As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the products (does not apply to trade orders; Business to Business). You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of sealed unused items, but not the delivery charge. Alternatively you may require exchange of goods eg for larger size, upon which there will be no charge except for postage and packing which must be paid prior to despatch. Any items being returned must be as sold, undamaged and in sealed original packaging. If the items are to be collected they must be made freely available to any courier to collect and the cost of recovery will be deducted from any subsequent refund.
8.2 Unless faulty, after 7 working days any exchange or refund will be at our discretion.

10: Returns
Items being returned must be accompanied by a purchase receipt, be in their original packaging and unopened unless faulty. Customer returns are processed within two weeks of our receipt and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined above. |
