SPS - recommended, metal halides or T5 if enough used on tank
LPS - recommended, (T5 if enough used on tank) or metal halides
Soft corals - recommended T8, T5 or metal halides

Critters can live under any lighting conditions

All require good water quality

CORALS WILL BE SENT OUT ON WEDNESDAYS

FOR THURSDAY DELIVERYS ONLY

orders must be received and paid for by 8pm Tuesday  night for a wednesday delivery

 We guarantee live arrival on all our livestock products!
To qualify for this you must:
Accept and sign for delivery on the first attempt.

if for any reason the coral is dead in the bag or damaged in transit
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with any issues AND A PHOT O OF THE CORAL IN THE BAG In the event of a loss, return the specimen(s) to us in the original packaging.
If you have followed this procedure and have suffered a loss you will be given a FULL refund for the ordered items minus the shipping costs, jbsmarines do not send out replacement items unless arranged with prior agreement.

SHIPPING

You can have up to 20 meduim size corals in one box or 20kg which ever is first

I THINK IT IS BETTER TO PAY COURIER PRICES THAN SEND YOUR CORAL IN A BOX BY ROYAL MAIL.

 Postage is charged at the following rates: APC Courier, next day guaranteed upto 20kg - £14.50 for livestock.

POSTAGE PRICE IS FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY PLEASE GET IN TOUCH FOR OTHER AREA COSTS. Larger quantities can be arranged by contacting us for more information.

 Orders are not automatically sent out ! we will either phone or email you for a confirmation delivery date, this is to ensure safe arrival to your home. If you place an order you will be contacted by us first to arrange your delivery date which will be sent on overnight courier every wednesday only-

 Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. We accept paypal payments, most major credit cards through paypal,  as well as cash on collection. ** All Shipping costs on jbsmarines.co.uk are for UK Mainland orders only, for zones outside of this please get in touch for your shipping cost before you place you order
