ford f150 ranger crewcab pickup hotrod/ratrod project

here is my f150 supercab full size,it is about 22ft long so please bare this in mind as it will need a big flatbed to take away.

the engine(4.9 six cylinder straight six) is a good strong runner and seems to drive ok.the chassis is solid.four good alloys with good tyres.log book,keys present.

the pickup floor has been cut out as it was rotten.three cross members have been replaced with stronger ones.new door locks fitted and new ignition switch,however it must be started across the solenoid as there is a part missing.left hand sill has been cut out and a new fabricated one has been riveted in place(needs welding in)i will supply new steel sheets with the car,about 4-5  4ft x 2ft sheets.right hand top door hinge has come away and will need to be welded.the handbrake which is a foot pedal type needs looking at as it does not lock in place.the body is fair with little rust and the odd bump'n'scratch.

in the cab there are two big leather seats and a leather bench seat in the back which fold down for more space(you wont need it the bed is 8ft long).

to sum up you are bidding for a good running project that will look awsome when complete.interesting number plate valued at over 300.i have been made an offer of 350 for the engine alone but i will not brake.i will start the price low and will not put on a reserve.i will not end auction early and i will not sell to overseas bidders.£50 deposit at auction end and happy bidding.

just been informed that as it is a 4 x 4,you can remove with a spec lift if prop is removed.

i have just recieved another quote from carreg.co.uk for the reg number .£699 with a £500 return after fee's.not bad considering the start price.
