Pallet collection and delivery services

Below is more detailed explanation of our services at Palletonline. These range from next day and economy pallet delivery services through to extras you might need for your delivery, including tail lifts and palletising and wrapping. You can even customise your delivery time.

Next Day Service:

Palletonline offer Next Day services on all destinations throughout the UK*. A next day service is defined as collection on day 0 and delivery on day 1. If the job is processed online before 1100hrs, palletonline will be able to collect the goods the same day before 1700hrs.

Economy Service-24/48 hour:

Palletonline also offer an Economy service. An economy service is normally defined as a 48hr service. This is collect day 0 and deliver on day 2. Palletonline also ofer further services which may include 72hr service or even longer. Palletonline understand their customers needs and requirements and are flexible with regards to collection and delivery windows.

Tail Lift Deliveries & Collections:

Not all collection or delivery points hold the luxury of owning a forklift truck. That is why Palletonline offer a tail lift service on all collection and deliveries. This increases customers ease while adding additional comfort with regards to all of palletonline's pallet distribution services. Our drivers will use a pallet pump truck to load and un-load the vehicles.

Specialised Regional Dist. Center Deliveries:

Not only do Palletonline deliver to households, factories and manufacturers but also deliver to RDC's (Regional Distribution Centres). Palletonline allow time limits to these deliveries ensuring your goods are delivered in satisfactory conditions. At all times we will communicate and update with all relevant parties.

Saturday AM Deliveries:

At Palletonline we offer Next day and Economy Saturday AM deliveries via our online pallet distribution portal. Simply select the service required and the date of collection and Palletonline will calculate the rest.

Timed Deliveries:

Palletonline offer timed deliveries between the hours of 0900 and 1700. This enables customers the knowledge that their delivery will be ontime and intact. Comprehensive pallet tracking will also show clients upto date information regarding the delivery.

Reverse Collections / 3rd Part Collections:

Palletonline offer their services to and from any UK destination. These are called reverse collection or 3rd party collections.
