Orders received with cleared payment by 12 noon GMT are sent that day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK holidays).

UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day unless otherwise stated. Next working day delivery guaranteed by 1pm. Note: UK Orders with free shipping are not eligible for guaranteed next day delivery.

International orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed-For (delivery in 5-10 working days approx). Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery dates on international packages.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

International, non EU deliveries may be subject to duty and custom charges for which you are responsible. These taxes may mean your items are delayed whist held at customs and may not be refunded should you return your purchase.

Shipping Costs

Multiple items may be combined into one order during checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight and size of your order.

Below is the shipping cost for this item. These prices include 15% VAT where applicable.

Insurance

Insurance is included in the shipping price for UK orders.

An insurance cost of £2.50 per order will be added for International deliveries.

Tracking your order

All Royal Mail orders can be tracked on www.royalmail.com. International packages will be tracked with Royal Mail until the package leaves the UK, after which time the package must be tracked with the recipient's national postal service.

Payment Information

After winning an item at auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, please check out following the eBay links as this will update our system with your address and payment details.

We accept most major debit cards and credit cards as well as PayPal. We do not accept payment by any other methods.

Studio66 does not hold credit card details. During the payment process the card issuer will be asked to perform the usual verification checks. Should a card be refused, we cannot be liable for non-delivery or delay. If for any reason we cannot supply an item we will return payment immediately.

Payment must be received within five (5) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after five (5) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within five days before submitting payment.

Terms and Conditions

Any bids from eBay members with a less than zero rating will be deleted.

Making a Purchase

On completing your purchase via our online checkout process we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email.

There are occasionally certain circumstances when we may have to refuse to accept an order: When we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; when we cannot authenticate the buyer's identity; if there has been a pricing or product description error; if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if not, please contact us directly upon receipt of the item(s).

Returns are not accepted for swimwear, lingerie, jewellery, and all auction items unless it is significantly not as described.

Buy-it-now items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, for a refund (excluding postage and insurance costs) or exchange (subject to availability). The item must be returned unworn and in the same condition it left our dispatch including any tags, dust bags or boxes which came with the item. Buyers are responsible for paying any postage costs of the returned item unless the item is not as described.

To receive confirmation that the return will be accepted you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Any item returned without this number cannot be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

Please email us at returns@studio66.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order stating the invoice number found on the invoice and giving your reason for return.
