claims for lost goods

i always keep postal receipts upto 1 month i will supply the proof of posting and you must claim from the Royal  Mail yourself, i will help where ever i can but once i have posted the item i am not responsible for it course in transit sorry about that but my responsibility is to post it Royal Mail deliver it  

i can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post
