This cross trainer is 2 and a half years old and has been used very little. It is a very efficient machine and works well providing a range of resistance's for you to work at. It also has a small screen which displays your calorie loss, speed(measured in mph)and time, this screen is attached to the machine by a piece of plastic which has slightly snapped so is secured with zip ties, however it works perfectly. Also you can work on this machine with the handle bars either stationary or moving. As this item is not to large it will fit nicely into a garage or living room for storage and is reasonably light so can be moved easily to where ever you wish to work out. This item however is pick up only or you can arrange a courier service to pick up the item for you.
