Gorgeous cream rose buttonhole made from high quality artificial flowers suitable for groom, best man or wedding guest. It is finished off with a rose leaf, fern and ivy leaves. A diamante nestles in the centre of the rose. Complete with diamante pin. Also available in ivory or pale pink.
