Terms & Conditions
v New Bidders – If your feedback is 5 or less – you need to contact me BEFORE bidding otherwise your bid will be cancelled without warning.
v General - All my items come from a pet & smoke free environment - note the dummy or any accessories shown in the pictures are not included in the sale unless otherwise stated.
v Measurements - The sizes quoted (i.e. 10, 12 etc) are given just an approximation so that it gives you some kind of guideline - it is not a definitive size. Most of these items are either specifically tailored or are made to a loose version of a UK dress size with a seam allowance for alterations ( do check each listing for more details)
Fitting can vary from one high street store to another – the same principle applies here. As no standard size guide exists I advise that you take note of the measurements provided.
It is your responsibility to check whether this garment will fit as I will not accept returns if you have bought the wrong size - If you need more measurements let me know
v Beading / embroidery - All noticeable defects are noted in the listing however as a lot of the garments are extensively embellished with beadwork / sequins etc you may find that the odd couple have come away – unless it is very noticeable it will not be detailed in the listing.
v Description – I try and describe my items as accurately as possible however occasionally I may miss things or make a mistake – this is not intentional as I will list all defects as accurately as possible. Should I have made a mistake let me know. Please bear in mind that if you are bidding on a vintage or second hand item you must expect some degree of wear. Occasionally these may need a wash before wearing.
v Payment - I accept cheques, postal orders but do prefer paypal. Cheques are banked on the first Saturday after receipt, goods will be not despatched until clearance – this process can take up to 2 weeks from receipt to despatch. I ask that payment is made within seven days of the auction ending. If you are having problems paying contact me – no communication will lead to the instigation of the NPB policy.
v Feedback - If you are not happy with your purchase then please contact me immediately via email and I will be happy to assist. Please do not leave neutral / negative feedback before contacting me – If I don’t know that there is a problem I cannot help!
v Postage - I will only send items using a delivery method requiring a signature – recorded delivery to the UK at a cost of £0.75 per parcel and overseas is £3.70 per parcel – if this additional cost is an issue then please do not bid –this is not negotiable.
v
I try and charge a reasonable amount for postage which is not an extortionate charge – if I have grossly over-charged I will refund the difference minus a small cost for packing materials and my time. Please do not use the feedback forum to complain about postage charges – if you have a concern let me know.
v I only post Monday – Friday – I try and post within 1 – 3 working days of clear payment been received – most times I post the next working day. If you need it for a specific date then use special delivery and not recorded – let me know and I will advise of the cost. I am not responsible for postal delays – from previous experience recorded can take up to seven working days to arrive.
