This is a pretty little slipper box, typically arts and crafts and dating to around 1910 - 1920. The box is in copper (I have cleaned the top inside edge so you could see what the box would come back to if you wished it to be polished back to copper.) The copper has mellowed into a pewter colour which is very charming so you might not want to get the brasso out. The box is 15.5 inches wide. The back is 9 inches high and it is 11 inches deep. This is a pretty accesory for a formal antique or arts and crafts interior. It is intended for you to keep your slippers in but could equally be used to house CDS etc.
