DELIVERY DETAILS:

We deliver via a secure courier network. On the day of despatch we will email you to confirm the delivery date of your item and give you your unique tracking number. This tracking number will enable you to track your parcel at any time via the internet.

We endeavor to dispatch goods within 5 working days from payment being received.

However Please allow 5/10 working days for delivery to account for eventualities.

If you are outside of the UK mainland additional delivery charges will apply, please contact us before you purchase.

Please note it is not possible to change the delivery address once you goods have been sent.

There will occasionally be items that due to varying circumstances fall outside of these guidelines. If for any reason this situation arises we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will contact you immediately to inform you of the circumstances, and will stay in contact until the situation is resolved.

The couriers will attempt to deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00. Please ensure that there is somebody available to receive your order as they will not leave the goods without a signature. If a signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any charges associated with it.

If there is nobody to receive the goods the courier will leave a card with contact details to rearrange delivery.

In the rare event that the courier does not receive contact regarding this delivery, the goods may be returned to us and a non delivery and return of goods surcharge may be applied. In this event the customer would be responsible for paying this surcharge and any subsequent redelivery charges.

Due to contributing factors that are out of our control we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer due to late delivery of goods. We recommend that you do not make arrangements for installation until you have received your order and inspected the goods.

It is the customers responsibility to supply the correct shipping information.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund your money. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, the following conditions apply:

Your order must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods.

All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please take care when unpacking & repacking.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for this return.

Any goods returned under warranty during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge once the item has been returned to us and inspected.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days
