In 1938 John Player & Sons issued a set of 50 cigarette cards called Film Stars Third Series

Today a set of these cards in good condition would cost in the region of £40-00...However in 1989 the cards were reprinted at a fraction of the cost allowing more people to own and enjoy this nice set..On sale today are a mint condition full set of these reprints 50 cards showing colour illustrations of many film stars of the era with a good descriptive text on the reverse

A must for all collectors / enthusiasts this nice set would be ideal for your own collection or as a gift for any ocassion, and could be framed for display purposes.
