Payment
The following payment methods are accepted:-
Debit and credit cards- call 0845 868 1799
Paypal- we accept paypal
Cheques & Postal Orders- made payable to The Fittings Company Ltd, please enclose item number, name and address. We reserve the right to await for the cheque to clear before despatch.
Postage
Delivery Times- your goods are usually despatched within three working days and email notification will be sent to confirm despatch. Depending on weight, goods are sent out either via Royal Mail's First Class service which aims (but doesn't guarantee!) to deliver the next working day or via Parcelforce 48.Other postage services i.e. Special delivery and Parcelforce 24, are available for an additional charge.
Insurance- as a business seller we take responsibility for the safe delivery of your item and consequently the item is insured by ourselves. Proof of posting is obtained for all items sent so please notify us if you haven't received your item so that we can make enquiries.
Postage Discounts-we are happy to combine postage if you wish to purchase several items and can advise you on the most cost effective option. We do also use Parcelforce so if you live in mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Islands) we can ship any amount up to 30kg for a flat rate of £6.50
Returns Policy
We understand that you may be a bit cautious about buying online so we offer a 30 day refund policy. If the item is faulty we can replace or refund your item, just contact us first so we can discuss return requirements. If you simply change your mind you can return the item for a refund however we are unable to refund postage expenses as these are costs already incurred by us.
