items received that are not faulty will be refunded excluding the postage price,
the buyer is held fully responsible for buying the correct size as the listing may contain guides for some breeds but they are only guides and measurement should be made before confirming your orders. When exchanging sizes we do ask for a return postage cost this covers the post and our time.

 Orders are dispatched very promptly, usually the next working day after they are received, but please allow 1-5 working days for delivery.
 Orders over 1.5 kg will be sent by 48 hour courier service. This service requires a signature on delivery so that we are covered by their insurance. The courier will not leave the item if you leave a note.  Orders under 1.5 Kg will be sent by Royal Mail which is a 1-5 day service. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching the item we will notify you by email.
