I will always try to post next day ( excluding sundays ), after payment has been received, in most cases 2nd class mail, as it is cheaper for you ( 3-5 days arival ) - if you would like it sent by 1st class, or recorded mail, just let me know and i will increase postal charge on your invoice.

If paying by cheque, please send it promptly + allow one week clearance time, before despatch. 

Please note, payment to be made, strictly within FOUR days of auction end please, after this time, if the payment has not been received, an unpaid item dispute will be opened with ebay. 

If there is a problem, please contact me within 3 days.

Sorry folks, but in the unlikely event of an item getting lost in the post, i cannot offer a refund, this is due to the fact that i am a household seller and not a shop, so i do not have insurance to cover losses like a business would have, but i attach a return address on the parcel and always obtain a proof of posting and i will open an enquiry with Royal Mail should an item be lost.
