DETAILS

Hardbound volume in green cloth covered boards with gilt title to the spine.

Scarce in the original edition.

This volume is a record of which different plants and insects it is possible to find in each month of the year. The volume is illustrated with diagrams throughout.

CONDITION

The binding is tight and firm with both covers and all pages securely attached although the hinges are slightly strained. There is some mild wear to the extremities including small marks to the boards and bumping to the top and tail of the spine. Internally the pages are generally clean and bright apart from the occasional handling mark. The blank endpapers are age-toned. Overall the volume is in very good condition.
