c i europa 510 caravan with gas bottles, wheelclamp etc

This caravan was sold on ebay but the buyer did not pay so I am relisting it. I bought it in 1987 when it was, I think, 4/5 years old. I used it until 5 years ago when we stopped caravanning. I stored it with a farmer near Hartlepool, cleveland where it has been ever since. When I last used it, it was in good condition. It is a very dry caravan.

I am hopeless at mechanical things and it does need attention in a few areas which I am sure a practical person could fix. I want anyone buying it to be aware that it does need attention.

Tyres have been on for years and, whilst I towed it to the farm, will need replacing. The rooflight is cracked, the cooker needs replacing, the tow hitch sticks and needs attention, the electric water pedal is broken (but we always used the manual hand pump) and the handbrake is faulty and needs fixing. The brakelights/sidelights etc worked when I left it but don't now and need fixing.

Whilst I honestly believe that all faults can be fixed it is only accessible via the very busy A19 and I could not let anyone tow it away- it must be loaded onto a low loader or whatever to take it away. I must also add that I do not have any documents so have had to guess at weights, lengths etc but I think they are about right.

On a positive note my wife and children used it for many years and took it to the Lakes, Cornwall, France, the Alps and Scotland.

I would be happy to give any other information required and would refund the bid price if the buyer was not satisfied _ I do not want a disappointed buyer.
