this item is in superb condition it has been in my spare room and only used about ten times.the top bunk is a standard single size no mattress for top. the bottom bunk is slightly narrower futon style with matress and folds into a chair which can be used at the desk when not being slept on see pictures. i have disassembled the item for collection and you will have to reassemble at home, this is quite simple and can be done in about 15 minuites collection of this item required no postage .any questions feel free.... HIGHEST BID WINS SO GRAB A BARGAIN . cash on collection please
