Delivery Information (Important)

Delivery for this item is by pallet due to the items weight. The pallet company will contact you direct on the phone number you supply to arrange a delivery day, between 8am & 4pm Monday to Friday.

We will email you to let you Know when the pallet company have collected your order. This will be sent to your eBay registered email address.

Please make sure you supply a contact number that we can pass onto the pallet company. The pallet company will not collect without one which will delay your order.

The driver will remove the pallet from the lorry with a pallet truck and will put it into a garage or onto your drive but it isn't his job to unload the pallet into your home etc!
Most customers will need help to unload the pallet.

To arrange a collection you must contact the shop first giving them at least 24hrs notice, not all ebay items are at our shop & we dont want you to have a wasted trip.


Delivery Charges Explained

The delivery charge quoted are what we are charged by the pallet company, we do not add anything on top.


Caravans & Static Homes

Delivery to caravan sites will be to the main reception only, they will not go driving around sites looking for your caravan, we need a contact no for yourself & you must arrange the delivery with the reception as a refusal by them to sign for it will mean its return to us & you being charged a second delivery charge.
