all items are second hand so please expect marks and signs of use within reason, anything which stands out i will make clear in my descriptions,
No returns on items brought in error. All items are tested unless stated. Any items which have been tampered with are not eligible for refund.
glass and car panels are excluded from any refunds or delivery insurance due to the high chance of damage, these items will be well packed but still at your own risk, any damages can not be returned or refunded but you do have the option to pick up. We don't normally have a problem but have had the odd 1 or 2 issues .
Items will be posted within 2-5 working days after cleared payment is received. No items will be sent unless full payment is received and cleared,
Feedback will be left once we have been left feedback and you ask for it.

If you require fast shipment please let us know and we will aim to get out the same day depending on the item. Large items , expensive items and items over 2kg will be sent via dhl and need to be prebooked before 10:30 to go out that day
We are only human at the end of the day so mistakes can happen, please therefore give us a chance to put things right. Sometimes emails may take 2-3 days for us to respond to as we are often away buying stock, running around etc. our aim is to reply within 5 hours where possible.
