About Us

We are a very friendly, family run business. We offer a good quality, stylish range of home furnishings and gifts at amazing prices. We pride ourselves on customer care and are extremely proud of our feedback. Very occasionally an item may become out of stock after the listing has commenced - this is usually due to an unexpected volume of sales of the item either from our actual shop or website. We can only say 'sorry' if this happens and offer the choice of a refund or replacement when stock is available.

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card Paypal Postal Orders.  All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Delivery

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe delivery to you. Small items are sent via Royal Mail and larger packages are sent with Parcelforce on a 48 hour delivery. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched and should arrive within 48 hours. (Very occasionally this takes a little longer so please allow 5 working days before contacting us). We use a standard courier who will require a signature as proof of delivery.
 If it is unlikely that there will be someone available to sign for the delivery, we are able to authorise them to either leave the goods with a neighbour or somewhere secure on your premises, but this, along with any other special instructions must be specified at the time of ordering.
Please remember that all couriers are extremely busy in November and December and ours is no exception!! They may take a little longer during this busy period.
LARGER ITEMS OF FURNITURE are delivered by our own drivers. All items are delivered as soon as possible and when in stock and our aim is to deliver to you within a 14 day period. This is not always possible but we do try. Please do not hesitate to call our logistics co-ordinater for delivery information

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
