All my products are carefully packed with alot of care and attention to detail, however postal insurance is always recommended. If you simply change your mind you can return your product to me in its original unused condition. I will refund the product in full but unfortunatley cannot refund the postage and packaging as I never re-use packing for my baby beads products. In the unlikely event of damage or loss in post there will be no refund unless insurance has been purchased. I must emphasize that this had never happened with my baby beads account, but I seem to be having lots of unlucky times with the postal system on my other ebay account so I thought I should add this to this account! Postal insurance for overseas is £3.50. Sorry this is so high, but this is the figure given by Royal mail. |
